Shipping & Delivery

• Orders for products that are in stock, placed before 1.00 pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays), will normally be shipped on the same day.
• Orders that are placed after 1.00 pm, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• We try to keep all items on our Website in stock. If an item cannot be shipped within 24 hours we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
• All our orders are shipped by Australia Post eParcel www.eparcel.com.au – Each parcel carries its own barcode and so can be tracked as soon as it has been scanned into the Australia Post system.
• A Tracking Number will be sent via email once goods have been despatched.
• Parcel will be delivered to stated address and you will be required to sign for it. If no one is at the address, a card will be left advising which Post Office the goods have been left at and you can then collect from them.
• If a card has not been left, you can use eParcel website (http://auspost.com.au/track/) to determine if it has arrived at your local Aust Post Office where you can simply go and collect the item.
• If you prefer to pick up your order from our warehouse @ Unit 6, 25-37 Huntingdale Rd Burwood VIC please choose pick up option at the check out

Returns & Replacements

Returns Policy Return of the products is subject to a number of requirements: All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt All products must be unopened All products must be undamaged ** All returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee ** Special orders and freight are non-refundable

Warranty Exchange Periods Calculator King will replace faulty items within the indicated periods as listed below after we receive authorisation by the relevant distributors. Contact numbers can be found on our support page.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed RMA form; this will be provided by us to authorise a return. Goods being returned remain your property and responsibility until received by us. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt by our warehouse You will be responsible for shipping the unwanted or faulty items back to us and are liable for all freight charges. Any returns that are received outside of these terms will not be accepted. Details of where to send your item will be provided. Please do not send items direct to us without an RMA as we are simply not able to accept them!

Making A Purchase Making a purchase is quite simple. You can create an account by registering on the home page or Check Out as a guest. Click on ‘Add to cart’ to add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished browsing, click ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment Options We accept all major credit/debit cards (Diners and Amex will incur a 3% surcharge). We also accept payment by PayPal or direct deposit. For high value items, we may ask for additional identification in the form of a copy of one or more of the following:

• Utility bill
• Passport
• Drivers license
• Bank statement

Credit Card Security The security of your personal details, particularly those relating to your credit card, is imperative to our professional operation. We adhere to strict rules relating to the use and storage of credit card details. All credit card details are encrypted when the order is placed using the latest 256-bit encryption. All payments are processed directly by Westpac Bank.

Order Cancellation

Cancelling An Order Order cancellations can be made by telephone and e-mail until the order has shipped. However, we operate a very quick turnaround business. Most orders are shipped within hours of the order being placed, normally on the same day. Once the order has shipped, our normal returns policy (above) will apply for cancellation purposes.
